Chelsa Crowley is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Stowaway Cosmetics.
Chelsa began her career as a makeup artist before working on product education in-house for Clinique Cosmetics. With a lifelong passion for the creative fashion world, she later worked with Francisco Costa at Calvin Klein Collection, leading to working as a fashion stylist. Her creative sensibility came from her time at Calvin working alongside powerhouses like Karl Templer and Camilla Nickerson. When she has time, Chelsa is a contributing writer for MSNBC's The Look on TODAY, Brit.co, Pattern Pulp and was the resident beauty and fashion expert for NY Daily News. Before Stowaway, she freelanced for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics on content and online editoral.
Now, she spends 100% of her time building her own line of beauty products with her co-founder Julie Fredrickson. Because her freelance life proved hectic, she wants to solve for women on the go and lighten their loads so they can get back to what's important. Stowaway, a beauty brand founded on the philosophy that high-quality makeup should be designed to fit into your life. Launching early 2015.
